Automotive Interior applications such as lamination of headliners, trunk liners and door panels utilize PTFE fabric as well as open mesh belting and heavyweight belting. UHMW and PTFE film tapes are used as anti-squeek & rattle materials throughout the automotive cabin. Heavy weight belts carry extruded plastic, rubber and foam through curing ovens for fabrication into automotive parts such as window gaskets and door moldings.

Truck/Trailer Scuff Boards also referred to as kick boards, scuff plates or scuff liners, run along the inside wall base of truck bodies and trailers. They provide protection against punctures and impact damage from pallets and forklifts during loading and unloading of cargo thereby increasing the trailer’s service life and reducing maintenance costs. Scuff boards are comprised of a variety of materials including steel, HDPE, composite, corrugated and other materials. Vichen's Heavy Weight Premium Smooth Fabric acts as a release material for scuff board lamination.
